A very useful book for evidence based mental health nursing. Recommended for mental health student nurses.
this has been well adopted by my students as it is an easy read with an exceptional ability to meet all learning needs.
An excellent text for those wishing to work within Mental Health Services. Client centred with clear guidance on the reflective aspect of mental health nursing, this book supports both student and practitioner to develop their skills in line with current evidence-based research. . I will be recommending this book for all my students.
Excellent book which is appropriate for Pre & Post registration nursing. Reflections and case scenarios are helpful tools for the students.
This text is an excellent all-rounder when looking at placing the service-user at the centre of care delivery. It gives good pointers and advice to students and it could be used as a resource for all mental heath nurses.
Excellent book very student friendly will be highly recommended for students going into mental health nursing. The book provides excellent coverage of many of the skills needed in mental health nursing. Excellent diagrams. Book will be highly recommended
As this is a specific text, I will place it on my recommend reading list as not all of my Lifelong learners will be mental health nurses. On saying this however, it would give the novice a good overview and allow the newly qualified nurse to take their learning and skills a step further.
Useful in a number of modules on the course.
A useful resource for student nurses to access during their three year programme, especially to enable them to understand evidence-based practice and utilise for their practice based tasks.
