This gives a broad overview of supporting positive behaviour in children.
Clear and readable. I feel this text can be used on many levels and the addition of the CD rom has proved to be such a practical tool. In many ways there is nothing new within the book but the format and summary tables are clear and easily accessed.
A very useful text addressing a difficult area for students
