Whilst a good read with interesting and useful points, it felt quite specific to the way that the author's institution works and left the reader feeling like they were missing out on something or that it wasn't entirely applicable to them.

Excellent text book - very easy to read and understandable on a topic that students find difficult to understand

An excellent resource for all health care students. This text is very clearly laid out and easy to follow. The activities, case studies and chapter aims and summaries are particularly helpful.
