Statistics for Criminal Justice and Criminology in Practice and Research is an engaging and comprehensive introduction to the study of basic statistics for students pursuing careers as practitioners or researchers in both Criminal Justice and Criminology programs. It's good to be able to direct students to a course that applies statistics to criminology. This book will be helpful to students who want to learn more about statistical concepts; it doesn't offer standard 'how to use SPSS' guidance. As a result, it's a more advanced text. It has useful exercises and discussion questions.
