His recent writing includes the fifth edition of his jointly authored text book Advertising and Promotion, which will be published by Sage in 2001, and the second edition of Qualitative Research in Marketing and Management, published by Routledge in 2019. He continues to play his guitar and sing, and one of his songs, the CCT Blues, was the subject of a research paper by Hartmann and Ostberg (2018) published in the journal Consumption, Markets & Culture.
