DR. BILL SOLLER is Principal of sollerphd.com (Houston Texas) which provides regulatory science services for Rx, OTC and medical device development and general regulatory services for start-up and smaller companies. Dr. Soller was employed by the pharmaceutical industry for 23 years before joining University of California San Francisco in 2002 as professor of clinical pharmacy. At UCSF, he taught FDA Risk Management and other health policy courses, and undertook research in support of development and health policy issues pertaining to drugs and medical devices. He is Editor-in-Chief of the international journal, SelfCare, and on USP’s Nomenclature Safety Labeling Expert Committee.
