Shakti Sinha is the Director of Nehru Memorial Museum & Library, New Delhi. He is a Distinguished Fellow of Institute for National Security Studies Sri Lanka (INSSSL). His recent publications include chapters in Federalism—A Success Story (2016) and in Rising Powers and Peace Building: Breaking the Mould (2017).
