This book is well structured and easy to follow although some terminaology requires updating to reflect the current TAQA qualifications. The 'Top Tips' , 'Reflections' and 'Practical Tasks' are excellent, and encourage self-directed learning. The text is well referenced and directs learners to further reading.
A comprehensive insight into quality, especially useful for all new tutors in understanding quality in all areas of their work.
