An engaging book tailored toward Nursing Associates. Nursing Associates often do not see themselves as leaders – however, after engaging with the book most of our students saw themselves as leaders within their teams. I believe the book will demystify the false belief that Nursing Associates are not leaders.
I am teaching on the Nursing Apprenticeship team and part of Evidence Based Practice Module is about Leadership.
Excellent book. Pity the e-version is only available through a hefty subscription.
