Chris K. Zane has over 15 years of experience as a merger and acquisition practitioner. He has transactional experience as a manager at both KPMG’s Strategy and Deal Advisory practice and with Ernst & Young’s Strategy & Transactions practice. He helped clients to capture value, achieve synergies, and execute deals in excess of $50 billion. He has directed and lead transactions with Private Equity backed companies and with Fortune 500 companies. Currently he is the Chief Financial Officer for a privately held oil field services company. Chris graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Management and an MBA with a Concentration in Finance.
